These Terms are inherent characteristics of the Annual Pass and are independent of any other contract and cannot be varied. Purchase and use of any Annual Pass is in accordance with the Castle’s regulations, copies of which are available at the Castle or can be obtained online at https://www.warwick-castle.com/security-privacy/terms-conditions/. Please ensure that you are willing to be bound by these regulations before purchasing your Annual Pass.
All Warwick Castle Gold Passes are valid at Warwick Castle for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your pass will be delivered digitally, directly to your inbox, ready to use.
All Warwick Castle Gold Passes allow the passholder unlimited daytime admission to Warwick Castle and grounds during the validity period. Exclusion dates apply as shown below.

Restrictions apply to Warwick Castle Gold Passes as below:
17th, 18th February, 31st March, 1st April, 5th, 6th, 26th, 27th May, 25th, 26th August, 26th, 27th, 31st October, 7th - 10th November, 21st, 22nd, 25th, 26th December.
Warwick Castle Gold Passholders benefit from free car parking in the Stratford Road Car Park during your visit to the Castle. All parking is subject to availability.
Car Parking only valid for time-period spent inside the castle.
Warwick Castle Gold Annual Passholders benefit from half price entry to The Castle Dungeon for the duration of the 12-month period. This only applies to The Castle Dungeon and does not include any other secondary attractions at the castle.
Warwick Castle Gold Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, discount or advanced booking.
Warwick Castle Gold Passes are not valid for entry to any second gate events held at the castle including but not limited to: Dragon Slayer, Castle After Dark, Ice Skating, Light Trail, Stories with Santa and Concerts.
Opening and closing times, admission prices and events are subject to change without prior notice. For technical/operational reasons entire attractions or facilities within Warwick Castle may be unavailable, closed or removed at any time without prior notice.
Failure to present a valid Warwick Castle Gold Pass will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate, which will be non-refundable.
Photocopies of any Warwick Castle Annual Pass will not be accepted.
All Warwick Castle Annual Passes remain the property of Warwick Castle and can be withdrawn and access denied in the event of fraud, misuse or misconduct. The Management reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.
All Warwick Castle Annual Passes are non-refundable.
All Warwick Castle Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
Merlin Entertainments Group is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to change the price payable for all Warwick Castle Annual Passes at any time and for any reason.
All Warwick Castle Annual Pass benefits and discounts may be removed or altered at any time.
Exclusions apply to the 20% off food and refreshments offer. Ask staff for details.
Discount excludes all photo products.
To be able to claim a renewal rate annual pass you must purchase your new annual pass within one month of your current annual pass expiring.
