Q: How do I make a reservation?

RESERVATIONS If you need more time to collect payments and make final arrangements, or if you need to pay by BACS, make a reservation here . Simply select the date of your visit and number of tickets, and your trip will be reserved until a week before your visit. When you're ready to confirm your visit (at least a week prior to visit date), you'll need to complete this form and make payment. Once you have completed the form our schools team will send an invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your visit by email with your tickets for entry*. All reservations will be automatically cancelled 6 day prior to visit and we ask that you do not make multiple reservations. PLEASE NOTE *We do not accept payments on the day. If you do not have a confirmed pre-paid booking (with a valid barcode) we will not be able to permit entry.

BOOKINGS If you're ready to book and confirm your visit, with a payment by credit or debit card, then simply click here and follow the steps by selecting your date of visit and number of tickets. All bookings are confirmed at the point of transaction and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Free Teacher places will be automatically added to your basket and you'll be emailed your tickets - you'll need to show these on arrival to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE We do not accept payments on the day. If you do not have a confirmed pre-paid booking (with a valid barcode) we will not be able to permit entry.

You will receive an email before your visit date with information on how to pay.

Your visit is not confirmed until we've located your payment and issued your (barcoded) tickets via email.

We recommend that you make your payment at least 10 days prior to your visit date, as payments can take up to one working week to process.

Reservation changes can be made prior to confirming your booking, to amend your reservation please email schools@warwick-castle.com

Yes we offer 2 free pre visit teachers. To obtain these please contact Education@Warwick-castle.com.

School buses will be directed to the schools or main castle entrance, where they will be met and registered by a member of the education team and guided into the castle

Yes! We offer a range of tours and workshops which start from £2.50.

It is not currently possible to pre-book lunch spaces. Lunch provision is allocated on arrival, on a first come first served basis with preference given to the youngest school groups on any given day

NB Should a school have SEND considerations then it may be possibly to pre-book lunch space. In such cases schools would need to contact the Schools Officer.

Outside of Workshops and tours on sale we do not offer guides. However you will find a comprehensive set of self guided documents available for download on all areas of the castle on our website here

SEND provision is extremely important to the education team at Warwick and we do our utmost to help where possible. There is an accessibility lift into the Great Hall and State rooms and a dedicated Welfare and Sensory room. All Schools with Send considerations are encouraged to contact the Schools Officer who will be able to offer any support necessary.
