Gates will open at 5:30pm. The event curfew is 10:30pm. Last Entry is 9pm.

Yes, this is a picnic style event so you are permitted to bring food and drink with you. However please take note of the strict restrictions that apply:

No glass will be permitted onsite with the exception of sparkling wine (including Champagne, cava, and prosecco) with a maximum size of 750ml (standard bottle size).

The following items CAN be brought in to the event:

• Alcohol, limited to the following quantities per Adult
  1. Up to one litre of wine in unopened plastic or cardboard containers. Larger boxes of wine are permitted if shared between a group and no greater than 1 litre per person.
  2. Or one unopened glass bottle (maximum 750ml) of sparkling wine (which includes Champagne, Prosecco and Cava)
  3. Or 4 cans of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits

• Soft Drinks/Water (plastic/cardboard/can)
• Umbrellas and flag poles up to 1m long
• Flags (no larger than a3 size)
• Empty plastic bottles
• Cigarettes for personal consumption
• Hampers and cool boxes (no bigger than 40 litres)
• Plastic/wooden knives / cutlery

This event is taking place at Warwick Castle on the Pageant Field.

Parking is only available to Platinum VIP ticket holders and pre-booked accessible ticket holders. Otherwise there is no parking on site. We encourage you to use public transport or local taxi firms which will take you to the main town centre for drop off and pick up. Official concert car parking will be available in car parks signposted within Warwick Town Centre. Please check for more information closer to the event.

All ages, but under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
