Competition Terms & Conditions

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person.

Multiple entries will not be counted.

Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.

Competitions are open to UK residents only.

Employees of Warwick Castle or any associated company are not eligible to enter.

Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address.

Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

Winners will be contacted via email.

Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Merlin Entertainments reserve the right to use the names of winners in any publicity.

Prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize or, for whatever reason, cannot accept the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to make contact within any winner within 7 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.

The prize can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket. The prize must be taken as a complete package. Any purported or attempted transfer or sale of or other misuse of the day entry tickets will render them automatically void.

The winner and their companions are responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel arrangements within the UK, facilities at the attractions, spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental costs, any additional hotel rooms, all alcoholic drinks, meals or refreshments, or taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming the prizes.

Prizes are subject to availability and subject to Warwick Castle’s terms and conditions.

In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, Warwick Castle reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prizes at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

In the event of a prize being unavailable, Warwick Castle reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Tickets will be dated.

Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain shows and attractions. Warwick Castle reserves the right to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of shows and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity..

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.

By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by any winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over and residents of the UK only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
• Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
• The Winner will receive 4 complimentary tickets to Warwick Castle to visit from the 30/4/2024 to 30/5/2024. They will also receive a goody bag including a Zog Soft Toy, Exclusive Tote Bag, Zog Badge, Enamel mug and Magnet set.

• The prize draw starts Wednesday 10th April 2024 and entries must be received by 6pm on Wednesday 22nd April 2024 through the method specified on the post
• Warwick Castle cannot be responsible for late or corrupted entries
• The winner will be contacted via DM by @warwickcastleoffcial and have 5 days to claim their prize. Any claims after this may not be accepted, we will offer the prize to the next name to be drawn from all eligible entries.
• Food, beverages, transport, accommodation, and insurance are not included in the prize.
• Warwick Castle reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The prizes may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial gain
• Entrants agree that Warwick Castle’s decisions in re¬lation to this prize draw shall be final in every situation, including any not mentioned above, and no correspondence (except for notifying the winners) will be entered
• Warwick Castle reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage in its absolute discretion
• In providing this prize draw, Warwick Castle shall not be responsible for any event that is beyond its reasonable control
• The prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the United Kingdom
