1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
2. The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over and residents of the UK only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw
3. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested
4. The Winner will receive a copy of Axel Scheffler’s signed, bespoke drawing to Warwick Castle, as well as daytime tickets including a Zog VIP meet & greet within the castle grounds.
5. The prize draw starts 10am Wednesday 4^th January and entries must be received by 11:59pm on Tuesday 3^rd January 2023 through the link.
6. Warwick Castle cannot be responsible for late or corrupted entries
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days of a specified close date – the winner will be contacted by Warwick Castle and have up to 7 days to claim their prize. Any claims after this may not be accepted, we will offer the prize to the next name to be drawn from all eligible entries
8. Entrance to Warwick Castle is subject to the venue’s ticket terms and conditions and entrance times. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
9. Travel and accommodation costs or any other costs are not included in the prize. The winner will be required to make their own arrangements for accommodation (if required) and transport to Warwick Castle
10. Warwick Castle reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity
    
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
12. The prizes may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial gain
13. Entrants agree that Warwick Castle’s decisions in re­lation to this prize draw shall be final in every situation, including any not mentioned above, and no correspondence (except for notifying the winners) will be entered
14. Warwick Castle reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage in its absolute discretion
15. In providing this prize draw, Warwick Castle shall not be responsible for any event that is beyond its reasonable control
16. The prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the United Kingdom
