If you have a booking that has been affected by the temporary suspension of the Warwick Castle Schools programme between 21st March and 31st December 2020; follow these steps to rearrange your visit, or apply for a refund.

You can move your booking to an alternative date, free of charge, by speaking to a member of our Education Team.
Call 0333 321 2001 with your original booking reference to hand. Calls are charged at your local network rate.

I'd like to cancel my visit:
We're sorry to hear there is no suitable date for you to reschedule your visit with us.
If you have a provisional booking (i.e. you have not paid your balance) - please complete the cancellation form below.
If you have a confirmed booking (i.e. you have paid in full) then please send a copy of your remittance advice to email@example.com - clearly stating your booking reference. This helps us to locate your payment.
Once you've done this, please contact a member of our Education Team on 0333 321 2001, who can process a refund for you. Calls are charged at your local network rate.
